Hi, I’m Natalie – a leadership coach, coach supervisor and trainer.
I came to coaching in 2020 after 12+ years in social impact roles, where I saw the huge value of offering others dedicated space to reflect and talk things through.
As a coach, I’ve found there are endless tempting opportunities to do more training – but that’s not always what we most need to grow. I’m interested in how coaches develop beyond training; through reflective practice, feedback, and sharing with others.
I’m particularly passionate about the power of peer learning, especially for coaches, as it not only strengthens our coaching, it also reduces the isolation many coaches feel.
My support for coaches has been shaped by my wider work in designing learning experiences that are effective, inclusive, and trauma-informed.
I first trained as a coach with the MOE Foundation (where I now lead training), before completing a PCC-level Diploma in Professional Coaching with Optimus Coaching Academy. I’m accredited with the ICF, an ILM-certified Coach Supervisor, and trained in trauma awareness and the ICF ACC BARS.
