As co-lead of the Climate Safe Lending Fellowship, I co-designed and facilitated a leadership programme that helped 58 banking professionals build core competencies in leadership, practice coaching skills in trusted peer groups, and get individual support for their unique challenges, in order to advocate for bold climate strategies at their banks.
