Pioneering support for Fellows with diverse needs
I worked with The Churchill Fellowship to create a personalised support programme for Fellows tackling varied social challenges. From scoping out needs with Fellows to briefing coaches and mentors and creating programme documentation, my tailored approach helps changemakers thrive and maximise their impact.
My clients call me a “brilliant thinking partner”, a “unicorn consultant”, and a “guiding force”. The truth is I’ve spent over 15 years working across charities, social enterprises, corporates and impact investment, building up a unique multi-specialist skillset through diverse experience.
Whether I’m supporting impact-driven founders to prepare for growth, helping charity leaders set boundaries for their wellbeing, leading systems-change programmes, or building supportive peer communities, I aim for everyone I work with to feel seen, heard, and understood while working toward clearly defined goals.
